DOA Policy.
Thank you for choosing our store for your coral purchase. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with us. To facilitate this, we have implemented a Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy for our corals.
In the unlikely event that you receive a coral that is dead upon arrival, we kindly request you to follow this policy for a swift resolution. Within two hours of receiving your coral, please provide us with a clear image of the coral inside the bag it was shipped in. This image will help is assess its condition accurately.
Once we verify the DOA status of the coral, we will offer you two options for resolution. You can choose either a replacement of the coral or a full credit back to your account, whichever is more convenient for you. Replacements depend on availability.
Please note that we will offer replacements or credits for corals that are proven to be DOA within the specified timeframe and accompanied by a proper image as evidence.
